The prosecutor's office of the Karagandy region conducted an analysis of the reasons for the annual shortage and price increase of food products of social importance (hereinafter - AMAT).

The purpose of the analysis is to regulate the price of AMAT using the marginal trade markup.

14 large producers of agricultural goods that sell AMAT (potatoes) without accounting. was determined.

As a result, the marginal trade markup was not applied during the subsequent sale of potatoes.

In coordination with the regional prosecutor's office, the state revenue authorities conducted a camera control over the mentioned persons.

Today, 4 producers submitted additional tax reports, showed additional income in the amount of 1.6 billion tenge, paid taxes in the amount of more than 8.8 million tenge, and in the future obliged to sell potatoes by showing them in the accounting report.

For the rest of the producers, the State Revenue Committee is preparing notices on the elimination of violations, and in case of non-fulfilment of the requirements, inspection measures will be taken.

Such analysis is being carried out in all areas of production, service and construction activities.

This issue is under the constant control of the regional prosecutor's office.
