In order to further improve the welfare of the people and to encourage them to implement best practices, in order to form and promote the principles of corporate social responsibility before the public, the "Paryz" republican competition on social responsibility of business is held every year since 2008.

The "Duty" competition on social responsibility of business is held among the employers of the republic in the following nominations: "Employment and social programs department of the Karabalyk district administration" in accordance with the Decree of the Head of the State of MM dated January 23, 2008 announces that the "Duty" contest on business social responsibility among the employers of the republic is held annually in the following nominations:

• "Best socially responsible enterprise";
• "Best enterprise in the field of labor protection";
• "Best collective agreement";
• "For contribution to ecology".
