Prime Minister's advisor Yeraly Togzhanov visited Bulandi district

Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yeraly Togzhanov got acquainted with the situation in Bulandy district on the instructions of the head of government.

Together with Akim of Akmola region Marat Akhmetzhanov and Vice-Minister of Emergencies Ramil Kamalov, they visited all the flood-prone areas of Makinsk and checked the situation. Restoration activities are actively being carried out in the city of Makinsk. By the decision of the regional emergency flood control headquarters, a certain part of the highway of regional importance was demolished and the road opened to water in order to allow water to flow freely and to protect residential buildings from flooding. Thanks to the measures taken immediately, the water level has decreased by one meter.

Currently, work is underway in 12 sections of Makinsk. Emergency services from the cities of Kokshetau, Karaganda, Astana and Atbasar, local executive bodies and M. The cadets of the civil protection academy named after Gabdullin have been mobilized. A total of 319 people, 86 machines, 30 motor pumps, 5 PNS and 2 floats were involved.

According to the results of the visit, specific tasks were given to urgently carry out the works to eliminate the consequences of the flood, to fully pump and direct the water from yards and private houses, to restore the damaged road sections after the water level has fallen.

The issue is under the close control of the Government.
