Under the chairmanship of Yury Zalygin, head of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Karaganda region, a meeting was held with the coordinators of the Departments of Education and Health Care of the Karaganda region under the WHO program as part of the implementation of the "Healthy School" project. During the event, the need for interdepartmental cooperation, including with the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Karaganda Region, was discussed. It is necessary to work together with facilities (BZHSM, swimming pool) - noted the speaker.

Coordinators of Health Care and Education Departments of Karagandy region discussed health promotion activities for school-aged children, issues related to proper nutrition, as well as analysis of results of activities and preventive examination of students. In addition, the speakers emphasized the importance of forming the necessary knowledge and skills of students for a healthy lifestyle and using the acquired knowledge in everyday life.
