Dangerous use of electric lines leads to FIRE!

One of the most common causes of fire is a short circuit in the electrical circuit. This can happen because a faulty electrical device is connected to the network or because the insulation of the wire is broken, which leads to the connection of two conductors and their temperature rises sharply and subsequently burns. In addition, short circuits often cause sparks that ignite nearby combustible materials. If you observe fire safety requirements when using electrical equipment, you can avoid such a situation.

In order to prevent fires and tragic consequences, the Shemonaikha District Fire Safety Authority recommends observing the following rules of fire safety:

- it is forbidden to use defective electrical equipment;

- it is forbidden to use wires and cables with insulation that has lost its protective properties;

- for heating, drying and cooking purposes in the factory (by hand made) do not use homemade electric heating devices (electric stoves, incandescent lamps);

- do not leave uninsulated electric wires, cables and unused electric lines live;

- do not use damaged electrical products;

- do not tie and twist electric wires and cables;

- do not look after heating devices, electric stoves, televisions and other devices and equipment connected to the electric network do not leave them, with the exception of devices that are allowed to be used without supervision by regulatory documents (refrigerators, faxes, modems and other similar equipment);

- do not cover electric lamps (bulbs) with paper, cloth and other flammable materials;

- glue and paint electrical wires and cables are prohibited;

- do not use radio and telephone wires as power lines.

In case of fire Call on phone numbers "101", "112".
