According to the order No. 9 dated April 04, 2025 of the head of the regional representative office in Konaev of the Financial Market Regulation and Development Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Agency), "ProfitCenter" Microfinance Organization" LLP (hereinafter - MFI) lost its license to carry out microfinance activities.

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Microfinance Activities" According to Article 16, Clause 2, subsection 2), the implementation of the activity in systematic violation of the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the authorized body, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was the reason for the deprivation of the license. within 30 calendar days from the date of decision to revoke the license to carry out, is obliged to carry out the re-registration procedure by removing the words "microfinance organization" from its name, the words or abbreviations arising from them, which suggest that the specified legal entity carries out microcredit activities, or to make a decision on reorganization or liquidation. Clients shall be liable for breach of obligations to the MFI in accordance with the terms of the microcredit agreements.
