In the Karaganda region, within the framework of the environmental program "Clean Kazakhstan", large-scale works are being carried out in the direction of nature protection and regional beautification. This initiative is aimed at improving the quality of life of the residents of the region, as well as ensuring sanitary and environmental safety. Since the beginning of 2024, local police inspectors have brought to administrative responsibility about 12 thousand citizens who violated landscaping and sanitary norms. In addition to explaining the requirements of the legislation, warning and fine measures are being applied to violators. More than 11,000 truckloads of snow were removed from cities and villages in preparation for spring floods. Contractor organizations and communal services were mobilized for these works. In addition, 170 heads of organizations and enterprises were fined a total of more than 1.2 million tenge for violating landscaping rules. 17 PIC chairmen and 7 house managers were brought to administrative responsibility for disregarding public order and for violating the requirements for the maintenance of houses and adjacent areas. In the last week alone, more than 700 violations were detected, as a result of which 500 trucks of snow were removed from the streets. released. Cleaning of snow and solid waste is also carried out regularly on highways outside the city. The police department of the Karaganda region will continue to work in this direction in order to improve the ecological situation of the region in cooperation with the society.
