K.Uskenbayev gave a report on the work carried out by the Ministry on the implementation of the state housing construction program "Nurly Zher" and the measures taken to increase the availability of housing for low-income families.

This year, a list of construction projects with 3,130 apartments has been created. The limit of the amount for each region is set proportionally to the number of families with many children in the queue of akimats (28,126).

Also, through the Housing Construction Savings Bank, large-child, single-parent families and families with disabled children are being introduced with discounted loans for up to 20 years at an annual rate of 2%, with an initial payment starting from 10%.

It is planned to allocate 150 billion tenge within 3 years for the implementation of this mechanism, which will provide 6,000 loans annually.
