In the city of Temirtau, a criminal case was initiated in accordance with Article 191, part 3, subsection 3) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (robbery) on the fact of illegal actions against a pensioner.

All 9 people recognized as suspects, including 7 minors, were arrested in accordance with Article 131 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and imprisoned in a detention center. The Temirtau City Court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of two months in relation to them.

The severity of the crime was the basis for choosing the strictest type of preventive measure.

It should be noted that according to Article 191, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, criminal liability arises from the age of fourteen. in progress.

In addition, a criminal case was initiated against the parents of the suspects due to their failure to properly fulfill the duties of raising minors. A separate investigation is being conducted on this fact.

According to Article 201 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other information is not subject to disclosure in the interests of the investigation.
