In the course of monitoring the price of socially important food products on the instructions of the deputy akim of the city, employees of district akimats went beyond their powers and demanded from entrepreneurs to submit documents (bills of lading accompanying the goods) on an illegal basis.

Such actions are contrary to the legislation, because the inspectors There were no legal grounds for demanding documentation from the business.

6 officials of district akims' offices were held administratively liable under Article 175 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for violations of the inspection procedure (a fine of 500 MEC was imposed on 25 items). (by imposing a fine in the amount of 100 МКС).
