In Otyrar district, an informative seminar on the topic "Financial fraud prevention and fundamentals of financial security" was held today. Within the framework of the event, explanatory work was carried out together with department specialists on the topic of increasing financial literacy of Otyrar residents, protecting their financial security, prevention of financial pyramids, gambling, illegal gaming businesses, and illegal drug trafficking.
Experts stated that pyramid organizers can be held accountable, criminal liability is provided for such organizations, and administrative penalties will be applied to participants for attracting funds and advertising pyramids, and such cases are fraud.
