The fight against corruption is considered a very important direction of state policy in modern Kazakhstan society. This phenomenon not only hinders the socio-economic development of the country, but also lowers citizens' confidence in the authorities and weakens the rule of law. In this regard, improvement of the mechanisms of prevention of corruption is the need of the hour.

First, it is necessary to implement a comprehensive anti-corruption policy at the institutional level. At the same time, it is important to improve the system of identification and assessment of corruption risks. Each state body should differentiate its internal processes and promptly identify areas prone to corruption.

Secondly, a culture of intolerance to corruption should be formed in the society. For this, one of the main tasks is to increase the legal culture and responsibility of citizens, to promote the values of honesty and justice among young people. Third, it is important to ensure transparency and clarity in public service. Introduction of electronic services, development of open budgets and public procurement portals are examples of positive results achieved in this direction.

Fourth, active use of public control mechanisms is necessary. Non-governmental organizations, mass media, volunteers and active citizens should be involved in the process of public administration. Transparency and accountability are the main factors that increase trust.

Prevention of corruption is a complex process that requires a comprehensive approach that is not limited to legislative or administrative measures. At the same time, the interaction of state bodies and civil society institutions plays a crucial role. Only shared responsibility and joint actions allow to create an honest, fair and reasonable society in the country.
