As a result of the investigation carried out by the prosecutor's office of Karazhal city of Ulytau region, it was found that the accountant of the "Baldyrgan" kindergarten of Zhairem village had embezzled budget funds.

The accountant had unjustifiably transferred funds in excess of the set salary amount to the employees' accounts.

The total amount of unjustified transferred budget funds amounted to 15.9 million tenge.

According to the judgment of the Karazhal city court, the accountant was charged with the Criminal Code. According to Article 189, part 4, paragraph 2), a penalty in the form of conditional imprisonment for a term of 8 years, with deprivation of the right to engage in accounting and other activities related to the financing of organizations and enterprises for a period of 10 years.
