📌During the meeting of the District Commission for Juvenile Affairs and the Protection of Their Rights, banning the sale of alcohol and tobacco products to those under the age of 21, prevention of drug addiction, alcoholism and drug addiction among minors was discussed.

Commission members also considered the behavior of parents who do not fulfill their responsibilities in raising children. It was decided to send one of the parents to forced treatment for alcoholism.
