As part of the annual inventory of waiting lists and consideration of the problem of providing housing in order of priority, the Housing Center requests the citizens who are listed as those in need of housing in the categories "Socially vulnerable groups of the population" and "Large families" to submit the requested documents according to the list. certificate (the certificate must be obtained from the electronic government portal of the Republic of Kazakhstan - EGOV.KZ once a day at the time of application);
3) scanned version of children's birth certificate / identity card of family members (if available);
4) scanned version of marriage/divorce/paternity certificate/ form No. 4/ death certificate (if available);
5) documents confirming the emergence of ownership rights in the case of shares, residential real estate, rooms in dormitories (purchase, sale/gift/exchange/privatization/transfer/inheritance right certificate and t. b.) must be submitted;
6) a scanned version of the disability certificate of the applicant and family members in line (if any).
Document submission period:
Documents will be accepted electronically through the birge.astana.kz portal from April 14-30, 2025.
Special conditions:
Guardians of citizens recognized as incapacitated according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. it is necessary to submit it in person to the office of the house and housing inspection department.
