Policemen in Karaganda discovered pitbike theft
Police officers in Karagandy discovered the crime of pitbike theft.
In March, the pitbike left by a 32-year-old city resident near the organization building disappeared under unknown circumstances. The material loss was estimated at 300 thousand tenge. After the victim Mykhaylov contacted the police, the officers of the Mykhaylov police department conducted an urgent search, identified and arrested the suspect.
A 34-year-old resident of the city was detained at his home. He pleaded guilty and returned the stolen property to its owner. Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 188 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan ("Theft of foreign property"). During the investigation, the suspect confessed to another crime - he also stole a neighbor's bicycle worth 600,000 tenge. Investigations are currently underway.
