In the Zhetysai district of Turkistan region, a 1-hectare seed garden is being planted with paulownia trees through seeds.

This year, on the initiative of Zhetysai district akim Zhamantai Beisenbaev, more than 40,000 willows were planted along the streets of district, regional, and republican significance in the region, and in cities, towns, and rural districts. About 1,000 of them are pavlovnia seedlings.

The general pavlovnia tree is found in large numbers in the tropical region of East Asia. It is grown naturally in China. Today there are about 10 species of this tree in the country of the sunrise. Their height is about 20 meters. In the spring, before the leaves bud, a candle-shaped inflorescence blooms. The flowers will be purple-pink in color.

Besides, planting of olive trees on 1 hectare of land will be started in the district next year. Currently, olive seedlings for 1 hectare are planted in pots in the greenhouse, and special care is being taken. Specialists brought these olive seedlings from the neighboring Republic of Uzbekistan.
