The invention belongs to the type of experimental mechanics. The results of the experiment can be applied to other fields as well as the road sector. The proposed devices are designed to determine the mechanical characteristics of materials during stretching. Therefore, this type of cycle can be used for research work on slippage caused by constant or stepwise weight and changes caused by constant speed weight.

The difference between the devices is only due to the operating temperature of the studied sample, i.e. DEVICE-1 conducts research at temperatures from -30 ±1ºС to +20 ±1ºС, DEVICE-2 +20 ±1ºС to +60 ±1ºС conducted at temperatures There is no difference, the testing is the same.

Because it is well known that slip and relaxation testing is the main method of determining the mechanical properties of viscoelastic materials.

Asphalt concrete is one of the main materials of the road surface structure. The mechanical properties of asphalt concrete strongly depend on the effect of the force applied to it, speed, duration, volume and temperature. In real road conditions, the temperature in the asphalt concrete layers of the road surface varies widely due to changes in the ambient temperature, the weight of the car wheels, their duration and speed. Therefore, it is of great practical importance to take into account the changes in the above-mentioned factors during the determination of the mechanical properties of asphalt concrete.

On the basis of these new devices, JSC "KazzholGZI" contributes to the creation of conditions for the working conditions of highways.

This device was built and put into operation on the basis of its own initiative.  The order for this invention was sent on 06.10.2017, and today a notification was received that a positive result will be given to this order.

Currently, experimental research is being conducted with the help of these new devices at JSC "KazzholGSI".
