The portal of social services (aleumet.egov.kz) provides a manufacturer and supplier of technical tools and services for rehabilitation of people with disabilities. can choose independently. Ordering the type of assistance is carried out by confirmation with an electronic digital signature of the recipient of the service. Ordered technical means of rehabilitation can be obtained by delivery or self-delivery.

Persons with disabilities have the opportunity to choose a supplier on the portal of social services within two months.

From the beginning of the year to April 1, 5,944 people with disabilities were provided with technical means of rehabilitation and rehabilitation services through the portal of social services:

1) prosthetic and orthopedic devices 386;

2) with surdo-technical means 110;

3) with typhlo-technical means 220;

4) with special mobility means 229;

5) with compulsory hygiene means 2,672;

6) with sanatorium-resort treatment service 528;

7) with the service of a personal assistant 1 609;

8) 190 people with disabilities were provided with the services of a sign language specialist.
