From January 10, 2025 to April 8, 2025, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a 3D modeling and 3D printing competition titled “3D Modeldeu Elemi” for 5th to 11th graders. The competition aimed to spark students’ interest in 3D modeling and 3D printing technologies, project-based learning activities, scientific and technical creativity, as well as help schoolchildren build up their skills in working with 3D editors and printers. 

A total of 28 works were submitted to participate in the competition. According to the results of the review and evaluation, the expert commission announced the following winners:

I place — Zhumabek Amir, a 7th grader of Secondary School No. 42, Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

II place - Islam Ermekov, an 11th grader of Kh. Mustafina School-Lyceum, Zaisan district;

III place — Almas Rashkanov, a 7th grader of Secondary School No. 1, Predgornoye settlement, Glubokoe district;

III place —Eraly Tashenov, a 7th grader of Abai Secondary School, Tarbagatai district.
