Akim of Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev held a personal reception for residents of the region. People come from different parts of the region to solve problems. This time, most of the issues related to housing and communal services, healthcare and the social sphere.

The meeting was attended by representatives of regional administrations and government agencies.

One of the residents who made an appointment asked about housing. She's standing in line to get an apartment. In order not to wait, I wanted to take out a mortgage, but I don't have enough wages for a monthly payment. The head of the region offered to help find a job with a higher income.

– Are you not considering the option of moving to Saran? Do you know why I'm offering you this city? Now Saran is actively developing. Thanks to the creation of the industrial zone, modern enterprises have opened there, which are constantly expanding and creating new jobs. For example, there is a home appliance factory. The workshops are very bright and clean. The employer guarantees a full social package and a high salary," said Ermaganbet Bulekpayev.

Another issue concerned the connection to central heating of multi-storey buildings in the Mining village in Prishakhtinsk. A large-scale program to connect homes was launched last year. The project is being implemented through the Housing Modernization Center. About 33 houses were connected. As noted by the Karaganda woman who came to the reception, all the neighbors who have already connected to the heating are very satisfied. Now their house is next in line.

– It has been more than 30 years since the central heating was turned off in our homes. What have we not experienced during this time! Many people, including my husband and me, put stoves in our apartments. Now I live alone, and it's very difficult for me to carry coal to the third floor," said Karagandinka. – That's why I want to say thank you for initiating this program and helping to solve the heating issue.

The main part of the problematic questions were answered on the spot. Those that required more careful consideration have been taken under control for further resolution.
