H.E. Aidarbek Tumatov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Sultanate of Oman, delivered a welcoming address, emphasizing the historical and cultural significance of Nauryz as a celebration that unites generations and nations, fostering mutual understanding and friendship between countries.
