The republican environmental initiative "Taza Kazakhstan" is actively promoting cleaning and beautification efforts throughout the region. Over 110,000 individuals, including volunteers, public sector workers, businesses, and local residents from cities, districts, and villages, have participated in these activities. A total of more than 3,800 tons of waste has been collected. The cleanup efforts have encompassed 373 parks and squares, 152 cultural and historical sites, 1,520 social institutions, 732 commercial and industrial locations, the surrounding areas of 19 water bodies, and 3,467 streets. More than 900 pieces of equipment were utilized for these tasks. Since the start of the year, 49,765 seedlings of elm, poplar, and willow, which are well-suited to the region's climate, have been planted. The efforts for sanitary cleaning, landscaping, and greening in all populated areas will continue moving forward.
