Brasilia, April 14, 2025 – A ceremony was held at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Brazil to present an honorary certificate to the President of the Association of Spouses of Heads of Diplomatic Missions accredited in Brazil (GCCM), the spouse of the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Brazil, Gulnaziya Nussupova. The award was presented by the Brazilian Association of Journalists “ABRAJINTER” in the category of “Ambassador’s Spouse of the Year.”

This title was established by the “ABRAJINTER” Association of Journalists as a public recognition of the work carried out by the group of ambassadors’ spouses, their contribution to consolidating the diplomatic community, strengthening cultural ties, and their active engagement in charitable work, including organizing the annual GCCM charity fairs with the participation of the diplomatic corps in Brazil.

In this context, the Brazilian association highlighted the active role of the spouse of the Ambassador of Kazakhstan as the head of the community of spouses of heads of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Brazil (GCCM). This diplomatic club includes 72 representatives of foreign embassies and organizations.

Note: “ABRAJINTER” – the Brazilian Association of Journalists and Communicators in the International and Diplomatic Fields – is an independent organization. Every year, the association honors foreign ambassadors, journalists, representatives of political and economic circles, and national figures who have distinguished themselves in their fields and contributed to promoting Brazil’s values, culture, and international development.
