A meeting of the APK council, chaired by Nurlybek Nalibayev, the head of the regional Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, was convened to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Assembly. The regional akim extended his congratulations to all attendees on this significant milestone, highlighting the Assembly's role as a representation of unity and camaraderie among the diverse population of Kazakhstan, as well as its crucial contribution to fostering interethnic peace and stability within the nation. He also emphasized the extensive initiatives and efforts undertaken in the region.
— In recent years, important projects have been implemented in the region. The pace of construction is growing, new social facilities are being built. Growth has been noted in all key macroeconomic indicators. Today, projects aimed at strengthening the unity of the region's residents are being implemented in the district centers of "Rukhaniyat". In matters of improving the activities of ethnocultural associations of the region, a special role is assigned to the "Kogamdyk Kelisim" offices. In this anniversary year, the construction of a new building of the House of Friendship in Kyzylorda, which will be commissioned at the end of this year, was good news, - said N. Nalibayev.
The meeting was attended by Ruslan Kayupov, the head of the regional department of public development; Dilfura Bayraktarova, the deputy chairperson of the regional APK on a voluntary basis; Aitzhan Orazbakov, the head of the scientific and expert group under the regional APK; and Asylbek Zhumabayev, a labor veteran.
A group of representatives from ethnocultural associations, public figures, labor veterans, and young leaders were awarded jubilee medals for "30 years of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan." It is worth noting that the region is home to representatives of more than thirty ethnic groups who contribute to the development of the economy, culture, sports, education, and science. The House of Friendship has created all the necessary conditions for the activities of eleven ethnocultural associations under one shanyrak. For the 30th anniversary of the APK, a comprehensive plan of events has been approved, which includes more than 100 events to be organized in the region.
