The Head of the Labor Relations Control Department — State Labor Inspector of the Department of the Committee for State Labor Inspection in the Karaganda Region, Sayagul Yerkebekova, took part in a seminar-meeting organized by the Karaganda Regional Trade Union Organization of Education, Science, and Higher Education Workers in cooperation with the Regional Department of Education.

During her speech, Sayagul Yerkebekova spoke about the importance of collective agreements as a tool for regulating labor relations and providing additional social guarantees for employees in the education sector.

Participants emphasized the significance of such events in enhancing legal literacy, strengthening cooperation between trade unions, educational institutions, and government bodies.

These meetings contribute to the creation of open and effective conditions for resolving labor-related issues and ensuring the protection of workers’ rights.
