A reception center for citizens has been opened under the Akimat of Mangystau region

Today, on April 15, a Reception Center for citizens opened in the building of the Akimat of the Mangystau region. The head of the region, Nurdaulet Kilybai, got acquainted with the work of the new facility and wished the center success in its activities.

The main goal of the center is to provide high—quality services, create comfortable and affordable conditions for the population. At the same time, a special consultation area, a children's corner, a self-service corner, a reception department, as well as medical and psychological care rooms are provided to provide comprehensive support to citizens.

In addition, specialists from the Government for Citizens State Corporation (PSC) will also provide services to the public in the consultation area.

As part of the Reception Center's services, residents can apply to any government agency and receive professional advice from representatives of regional administrations. It is also possible to make appointments for personal receptions of heads of government agencies and their deputies.

To date, the register of public services includes 1,330 types of services. Of these, applications were received for 265 types of services provided by local executive bodies, more than 9 million were provided. services.

Akim of the region Nurdaulet Kilybai noted that the center should contribute to the prompt and effective solution of urgent problems of citizens, and instructed specialists to provide high-quality and timely services to residents seeking services within the framework of the law.

The center, located in the 14th microdistrict (building No. 1) of Aktau, is open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:30. Lunch break from 12:30 to 14:00.
