To refund the state fee, you must submit an application with a document from the relevant authority confirming the validity of the refund.

The application can be submitted through the Taxpayer's Office web application, the e-Government portal, the e-Salyq Azamat mobile application, or in hard copy through the Government for Citizens NGO.

The refund of the state fee is made to the taxpayer's bank account within 5 working days from the date of filing the tax refund application.
