On entering information on the conclusion and termination of an employment contract with an employee into the unified system of accounting for employment contracts

On May 15, 2020, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on labor Issues" entered into force.
In accordance with paragraphs 27, paragraph 2, of Article 23 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Code), the employer is obliged to provide information on the conclusion and termination of an employment contract with an employee, amendments and (or) additions containing information provided for in paragraphs 1), 2), 3), 4), 5) and 13) of paragraph 1 of Article 28 of this Code, into a unified system for recording employment contracts in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized state body for labor.
Thus, the work on entering employment contracts into the system should be permanent, and all changes during the year should be timely introduced into the Unified System for Recording Employment Contracts on the portal. Еnbek.kz .
