On May 29, 2025, a panel session on "Intellectual Property in the age of AI and Creative Industries: Challenges and Opportunities" will be held within the framework of the Astana International Forum, which will be held in Astana. The session will focus on current trends in IP regulation, effective legal protection mechanisms, and the impact of AI technologies on the rights of authors and creators.

The speakers included Yerlan Zhaksylykovich Sarsembayev, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Tang Daren, Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization, Grigory Petrovich Ivliev, President of the Eurasian Patent Office, Bakhyt Turlykhanovich Sultanov, Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and XU Jian, representative of the National Intellectual Property Administration of the People's Republic of China.
