Turkestan region hosted a meeting of the interdepartmental working group No. 2 on the provision of public services.
       At the meeting, the principle of “listening government” of the head of state Kassym-Jomart Kemelovich was taken as a basis.
       In 2024, more than 26 million services were provided by local executive bodies in the region, of which 96% were provided in electronic form.
       Digital services are the key to convenient, affordable and open public administration for the population.
       In order to improve the quality of services, the results of Public Monitoring were presented. Monitoring:
       * Included services provided by 15 local executive bodies.
       * Focused on 3 main areas — education, social protection and land relations.
       This initiative is a clear example of increasing public confidence in public services and turning feedback into concrete solutions.
       The main goal is to create a high-quality, transparent and effective public service through feedback from the population.
