✔️In order to implement the President's principle of "The State that hears the voice of the people", the KSU "Center for Digital Development" of the Turkestan region operates a single contact center 109 around the clock, receiving appeals and complaints from the population. Most of the requests relate to utility issues and are resolved within 1 to 7 days. Since the beginning of the year, 37,298 applications have been received, of which 36,913 have been promptly completed. Another 385 requests are in the process of execution.
✔️On behalf of the akimat of the region, a special monitoring group "109" has been created to ensure high-quality execution of applications. Work is currently underway with residents in districts and cities, and the timely execution of appeals is being monitored. Banners were also prepared and placed on the billboards of the region in order to inform the public. In the near future, it is planned to exchange experiences with the iKOMEK109 institution in Astana, where topical issues on improving the work of the department will be discussed.
