Work continues on the analytical direction of ridding the state apparatus of bureaucracy
18.04.2025 14:23:23 2008On April 17, 2025, a meeting of the working group was held under the chairmanship of the head of the working group, head of the department, Chairman of the Ethics Council E. Mendaliev, created to analyze the bureaucratization of the state apparatus in the field of digital development, innovation and the aerospace industry.
During the meeting, the head of the Department explained the directions of the work carried out within the framework of the analysis, and also presented a number of proposals made by the results of the analysis over the past period.
The algorithm of the analysis was explained to the members of the working group, noting that for the second stage of the analysis in April-May, the areas of digital development, innovation and the aerospace industry "Telecommunications, postal communications and artificial intelligence, innovation, electronic industry and digital assets" have been fixed in our region.
In addition, full information was provided on the identification of bureaucratic problems (excessive or unregulated functions in the ministries of the above-mentioned industries and coordinating local executive bodies, complexity of decision-making processes, unbalanced management structure, excessive formalization of individual administrative procedures, insufficient integration of information systems, etc.), and high-quality development of proposals for their solution.
The head of the department noted the importance of the areas of work being carried out and invited the heads of institutions to take an active part in the analytical work.
During the meeting, the opinions of the participants were heard, and comprehensive answers to the questions posed by the participants were given.
In the future, high-quality cases generated as a result of analytical work will be sent to the agency on time.
