On April 12-13, Mr. Sylvain Guiguet, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to the Republic of Kazakhstan, visited Ust-Kamenogorsk as part of the UbiFrance film festival. During his tour of the city's cultural attractions, the French Ambassador visited the East Kazakhstan Regional Museum-Reserve, where he saw the permanent exhibition «We are the People of Kazakhstan» and two art exhibitions featuring the works of East Kazakhstan masters.
