An advance of <30%, a reduction in penalties, as well as measures to support other producers are provided, " the vice minister of Finance said.

In addition, purchases have been transferred to the rating-point system, and the responsibility of potential suppliers has been strengthened. Now potential suppliers who have been convicted of corruption and have payroll debts will not be able to participate in the competition.
According to the results of the first quarter of 2025, procurement procedures were held for 5 trillion tenge, contracts were concluded for 4 trillion tenge.
