Karaganda joins the Salyq Cashback project @amianapp

The State Revenue Committee announces the resumption of the pilot project "Salyq cashback", which will start on April 15, 2025 in Karaganda.

The project provides for the payment of rewards-receiving cashback for scanning fiscal receipts issued by micro and small businesses. The minimum cashback amount is 2% of the amount indicated in the fiscal receipt.

Results of the first stage:

The pilot phase of the project, implemented in the Abai and Akmola regions, showed a significant increase in fiscal discipline:
- the number of checks issued has increased by 2 times;
- the total amount of check transactions increased by 32% (data for the 2nd half of 2024 compared to the same period in 2023).

How do I get 2% cashback?

Participation in the project is simple and accessible to everyone:
1. Download and register in the Amian mobile application (available in the App Store and Google Play).
2. When buying goods or services, always request a fiscal receipt from entrepreneurs in Karaganda.
3. Scan the receipt in the Amian app.
4. Receive 2% cashback from the purchase amount and withdraw funds to your bank card or mobile phone balance.

Remuneration is accrued through the project operator, IT Analytics LLP.

Project objectives:
- Improving the economic and legal culture of the population;
- Reduction of the shadow sector of the economy;
- Consumer protection;
- Encouraging the use of cash registers.

The Department of State Revenue for the Karaganda region calls on all residents of the city to show an active civic position:
