On April 21 of this year, an extraordinary session of the Mendykara district maslikhat was held in ZOOM mode under the chairmanship of K.R. Rakhmetkaliyev.

Deputies of the Mendykara district, heads of government agencies, and the media participated.

Two issues were considered at the session. On the first main issue of the agenda «On amendments to Maslikhat decision No. 89 dated December 28, 2023 «On approval of the Rules for providing social assistance, setting its size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens»», the head of the Department of Employment and Social programs of the Mendykarinsky district, V.N. made a speech. Grebenyuk explained that this year, in connection with the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Victory, as well as on the basis of instructions from the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a letter from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, it was decided to increase the amount of lump-sum payments for commemorative and public holidays. In this regard, it is necessary to make changes to this draft decision.

On the second issue, «On approval of the composition of the land commission and its regulations», the head of the Land Relations Department of the Mendykarinsky district, A.U. Kushanov, spoke. He informed the deputies that, on the basis of subparagraph 1-2), Article 17 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan defines the competence of the MIO of the district in terms of forming the composition of the land commission, developing regulations on it and sending them for approval to local representative body.

Article 43 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan defines the principles and criteria for forming the composition of the commission, which is approved annually after the next twelve calendar months with the change of the entire composition, with the exception of the chairman of the commission and representatives of the authorized body (Department of Land Relations), structural divisions of the akimat of the district in the field of agriculture, architecture and urban planning.
