In 2025, the city plans to implement a large-scale program for the repair and modernization of residential buildings. According to the approved plan, the renovation will affect 41 apartment buildings, which will be an important step in improving the quality of the urban environment and improving living conditions for thousands of citizens.

Out of the total: 9 houses will undergo major repairs, facade and landscaping work will be carried out in 32 houses.
