What may be the grounds for refusal to provide the public service of inclusion in the register of customs representatives?

1) failure of the service recipient to meet the following requirements:

* the presence of an insurance contract for the risk of civil liability of the customs representative, which may occur as a result of damage to the property of the represented persons or the violation of contracts with these persons, for the insured amount established by the insurance contract;

* ensuring the performance of duties of a legal entity operating in the field of customs affairs, in the amount determined by the Commission, and in relation to a legal entity whose scope of activity as a customs representative will be limited to performing customs operations with respect to goods not subject to export customs duties and placed under the customs procedure of export - in an amount equivalent to one hundred and fifty thousand euros, using the exchange rate;

* absence on the day of application to the service provider for inclusion in the register of customs representatives of an unfulfilled obligation to pay customs duties, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, penalties, interest within the established period;

* availability of an agreement (contract) on the use of the electronic invoice information system;

2) failure to submit all documents specified in paragraph 8 of this List.

3) establishment of the inaccuracy of the documents submitted by the service recipient to receive the public service, and (or) the data (information) contained therein;

4) non-compliance of the service recipient and (or) the submitted materials, objects, data and information necessary for the provision of the public service, with the requirements of these rules;

5) lack of consent of the service recipient, provided in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection", to access personal data of limited access, which are required to provide the public service.
