At the initiative of Chairman D. Malakhov a training seminar on "Modern communications" has been held at the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The event was organized within the framework of the approved schedule of training seminars and became a part of the practical implementation of a "Hearing State" concept. The Council actively implements the principles of openness and transparency, striving to establish a steady and trustful dialogue with society.
The seminar was conducted by Akerke Berlibay, an invited trainer, a specialist in business and public communications, and a PR technologist. The main purpose of the event is to develop the skills of effective, open and efficient communication among the members of the Council and its staff.
During the training the participants practiced the skills of public speaking and working with an audience: they learned how to structure speech, attract the attention of listeners, manage the dynamics of conversation and answer complex questions, as well as to adapt the format of presentations to different target groups.
Special attention is paid to the personal reception of citizens as one of the basic forms of direct dialogue and feedback between the government and the society. The members of the Supreme Judicial Council, the Deputy Head of the Office of the Council and the staff of the Office took part in the seminar.
