National Guard Servicemen in Astana Participate in the "Taza Kazakhstan" Environmental Campaign
28.04.2025 06:23:16 154As part of the "Taza Kazakhstan" environmental campaign, servicemen from the Main Command of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, along with soldiers from military units 6636 and 5573, contributed to a noble cause. The event, organized with the support of the Baikonyr district administration of the capital, was also attended by representatives of youth movements and students.
During the campaign, servicemen planted tree saplings in one of the city parks and cleaned up the surrounding environment. Guardsmen from military unit 6636 planted 150 saplings, while servicemen from military unit 5573 planted 140 saplings in the Urker residential area. They also collected dry grass and various waste materials in the green zone. This initiative by the National Guard aimed to promote important values such as respect for and care of nature.
— Participating in this campaign is a great responsibility and honor for us. Protecting nature is the duty of every citizen. Thanks to this large-scale event in Astana, a tree planted by me will grow, serving as a reminder of my time in the army, — said Private Duysenbek Satybaldy, who is currently serving his compulsory military service.
Thus, the guardsmen supported the initiative proposed by the Head of State and contributed to the development of an environmental culture in our country.
It is worth noting that this campaign is being held across all units of the law enforcement troops.
