The event continues the mission of promoting interstate cooperation and diplomacy in the context of global challenges and geopolitical tensions.

The organizers have planned 39 panel sessions, including 10 exclusive sessions: «one-on-one» with high-ranking guests and world leaders.

Let us recall that the Forum will be opened by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

The forum program consists of three main topics: «Foreign Policy and International Security», «Energy and Climate Change», «Economics and Finance».

Global experts in foreign policy and international security will discuss the pact for the future, as well as the policies of the «middle powers» in a multipolar world, and the path to a new balance in the Middle East.

It should be noted that Ambassador and Chairman of the Munich Security Conference (2022–2025) Christoph Heusgen , Director of the Royal Elcano Institute Charles Powell, and Executive Director of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) Thomas Greminger have confirmed their participation in the forum on this topic.

Panel sessions on energy and climate change will focus on water and energy security, a sustainable future for Central Asia, global climate action, and innovative challenges.

The following speakers will speak on these topics: Deputy Chairman, President and CEO of Power International Holding Ramez Al-Khayyat, Director General of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) Francesco La Camera, Member of the House of Lords of the UK Parliament Lord Francis Maude , and President of COP29 Mukhtar Babayev.

The key areas of focus on the topic of «Economy and Finance» will be: defining the future of global trade, artificial intelligence, rethinking global economic power, and the digital asset revolution. The guests of the forum will be the founder and chairman of the Berlin Global Dialogue Lars-Hendrik Röller , Vice President for Central and Eastern Europe, Google Patrick Warnking, Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade and French Citizens Abroad Laurent Saint-Martin, Vice President of the European Investment Bank Kyriakos Kakoris.
