With the end of the heating season, scheduled repairs of boiler houses will start in Almaty. These measures are necessary to prepare the equipment for the next winter and are carried out in strict accordance with regulatory requirements.
In general, according to experts, the heating season of 2024-2025 in Almaty was stable due to the timely preparation of the heating system and the repairs carried out.
Almatyteplokommunenergo LLP starts repair work according to the schedule approved in accordance with the Rules of organization of maintenance and repair. In this regard, some areas are forced to turn off the hot water supply. Boiler houses are shut down no more than once a year. At large facilities - Orbita, Southeastern, Yuzhnaya, and Akkent - it is possible to switch to other heating networks, which avoids outages. However, in some boiler houses, a temporary shutdown of the hot water supply is still necessary.:

· Boiler room "Tech.Lyceum No. 71 (Turksib district): from May 12 to May 16
· Boiler house "School No. 85" (Turksib district): from May 12 to May 16
Boiler house "13th military town" (Turksib district): from May 12 to May 16
· Boiler house "Volochaevskaya, 381" (Turksib district): from May 19 to May 23
· Seifullina boiler house No. 68B (Turksib district): May 19 to May 23
· Boiler house "Bespakova" (Zhetysu district): from May 19 to May 23
· Premiere Boiler House (Nauryzbay district): from 9 to 16 June
· Boiler house "Zhas-Kanat" (Turksib district): from 9 to 23 June
· Airport Boiler House (Turksib district): from June 9th to July 3rd
· Kokzhiyok boiler house (Zhetysu district): from July 21 to August 8

It should be noted that repairs are planned for 43 small boiler houses this year, where hot water shutdowns will not exceed one week.
