It should be noted that inside the "Rukhaniyat" center there is a marriage hall, a library, a museum, an archive, a youth palace, a veterans' and mothers' home. "Bow to Mother", "Otbasy Center", multifunctional 1000-seat "Art" Center, Table Tennis Center together with "Samruk Kazyna" Foundation, modern 350-seat Student Palace sponsored by "KazMunayGas" company were built and handed over to the nation. A symphony orchestra, an inclusive theater, a youth theater, a modern dance, and a choir were formed, and the "Zhyrauru Ui" was opened.

The creative and innovative academy for children and teenagers worth 11 billion tenge was opened in the center of the region, with a capacity of 500 students at a time, up to 3 thousand students per day. A new music college and a regional historical and local history museum are being built under the sponsorship of the "Souths Oil" company.
