The 80th anniversary of the Great Victory is widely celebrated in the country. On this occasion, veterans of our district made a special cultural and educational trip to the city of Turkestan under the organization of "Zamandastar" veterans' organization under the district employment and social programs department with the support of Maktaaral district administration. Akim of the district Bakyt Asanov himself wished the veterans good luck and saw them off from Maktaaral. The main purpose of the event is to provide spiritual rest for veterans, to honor their work, and to set an example in the direction of patriotic education for young people. After that, he went to the mausoleum of Khoja Ahmet Yasawi in the city of Turkestan, which is considered a historical and spiritual center, bowed to the spirit of our great ancestor, and dedicated the Koran to all our heroes and soldiers who died on the path of Kazakh independence. In addition, the veterans visited the "Caravan Saray" tourist complex and felt the atmosphere of the ancient Silk Road. There are many national handicrafts, modern museums and hotels decorated in Kazakh style in the complex. All this shows that our cultural heritage is being revived in a modern way.
