On April 30, 2025, another meeting was held under the chairmanship of the chairman of the Turkestan Regional Public Council B. Zylkyshiev. According to the agenda, the head of the regional construction department Zhalkul Sultangali Nurgalyuly heard the report of the regional construction department on the improvement and implementation of state policy in connection with the special status of the city of Turkestan. An additional report was made by Kerimkhan Zhanysuly Kadyrbekov, chairman of the commission on agriculture, construction and utilities of the Turkestan regional public council. In addition, Nurbekov Nurbolat Moldaliuly, an officer of the Prevention Department of the Turkestan Oblast Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, gave information on "The state of construction of long-term construction facilities included in the corruption risk map." Issues in the field of construction were discussed in detail, and the heads of the industry gave answers to the questions of the members of the Public Council. Taking into account the opinions expressed during the discussion of this issue, the proposal was accepted. 12 other issues on the agenda were reviewed and necessary recommendations were made.
