According to the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, employers make mandatory occupational pension contributions for workers who are included in the list of workers engaged in work with harmful working conditions, industries, jobs, professions, which have more than 2.3 thousand positions. Thus, the special social payment can be received by Kazakhstani people working in 17 sectors of the economy, including the mining and processing industry and other sectors.

According to the results of 2024, AAT was assigned to 13,568 citizens, including 3,093 recipients from 2 sources, 10,475 recipients from 4 sources. The average amount of payment exceeded 208 thousand tenge.
