Only the citizen can apply to use the service. The ban on issuing loans and small loans is set for an indefinite period. Also, the user can at any time remove the established restrictions on receiving loans and debts.
 
To receive the service:
- log in to the eGov.kz portal and go to the "Customs and Taxes" section;
- from the list "Economy and Finance" select the section and choose the service "Voluntary refusal to receive bank loans, microloans";
- fill in the required fields and sign the application using EDS;
- you can familiarize yourself with the results of the service in your Personal Account.

This service is available in the eGov mobile application in the "Services" - "Taxes and finance" section.
