From the beginning of October 2023, citizens of Kazakhstan began to receive technical conditions for the gasification of their residential buildings and objects online from the eGov.kz portal. The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry, JSC "KazTransGas Aimak" and JSC "National Information Technologies" worked together for the launch of this new service on the EGov.kz portal.

In a short time, more than 300 citizens applied for technical conditions through the eGov.kz portal. All submitted applications are registered and processed in the operational departments for public service of branches of JSC "KazTransGas Region". Today, most of the applications have come from residents of Kostanay, Turkestan regions, as well as Almaty and Astana cities.

It should be noted that individuals can apply for the technical conditions for gas supply through the eGov.kz portal, without leaving their homes, using an electronic digital signature (EDS). It takes 5 working days for technically uncomplicated objects and 10 working days for technically complex objects.

In order to obtain technical conditions for gasification of objects and residential buildings on the EGov.kz portal, citizens need to do only a few simple actions:

1. personal registration on the kz portal;
2. Provide contact phone number and e-mail address;
3. Residential address. choose;
4. Choose the address of the gasification facility;
5. Register with a scanned copy of the technical passport;
6. Show data on the gasification facility;
7. Sign the application with the EDS;
8. Wait for the response of JSC "KazTransGas Aimak" on whether or not technical conditions will be granted.

Gasification has a positive effect on the development of cities and remote villages, industrial and social sphere and gives an opportunity for development.
