Training will take place on March 6-7, 2025. Civil protection services of the region and interested bodies have the task of working out actions during emergency situations in the spring period due to floods.
The headquarters to ensure the management and interaction of civil protection services during emergency rescue operations was urgently placed in the crisis center of SKO TZD. During the exercise, the warning system was checked in the region and the preparedness of the emergency response team was reviewed.
The practical part of the exercise was held in Samar district. According to a premeditated incident, due to a malfunction of the sluice in the Laily reservoir, there was a flood through the platinum, the village of Samar was threatened with flooding. The "112" service started receiving calls from residents about the flooding of the yard area and farm buildings.
Police crews arrive at the emergency station, they inform residents about the upcoming evacuation with the help of a loudspeaker.
The rescuers of the emergency department of the SKO transport citizens to a safe area with high-speed equipment, and the equipment of the transport service is also mobilized for evacuation. Citizens will be transported to reception points for the affected population, where the medical service will carry out an examination. Meals and provision of citizens with goods of first necessity were organized. Psychologists of TJD provide assistance to the affected population. The public order service provided security and safety at the places where the victims were accommodated.

Utility services disconnect power lines, carry out embankment strengthening works, laying bags. Special equipment transports water from the reservoir to the Eshkebay reservoir.
On the second day of the training, the loading of engineering equipment, which will be sent to help victims in other regions of the country, will be processed.
